Building Bridges 13-15 years old

A transformative program specifically designed for teens aged 13-15 and their guardian. This interactive 4 session program offers a safe and supportive environment where participants can engage in hands-on activities, group discussions and exercises that foster self-reflection.  We then offer 2 additional 1:1 sessions to support each individual.

A unique aspect of the program is having a separate space provided for teems and guardians.  This creates an open communication space between the two, enabling both parties to share and support each other’s learnings.  Guardians will be equipped with tools to effectively support their teens in applying the knowledge and skills gained during the program.

Can be funded from CB or Core
